anyone driving a white van is by definition a fucking savage, this statement is sweeping by intent.
look out for white vans and take preemptive action by giving them a wide berth from the initial sighting.
safest to assume that the driver is a sub-100 (IQ) with violent, bordeline sociopathic, tendancies and poor impulse control. not an unfair assesment of most white van drivers.
