If you look closely, the right hand side of the seatstay is secure, and the aerospoke is pitlocked.
The owner is typical of the hippity hoppity brigade with those clown shoes and oversized cap with price tag still on them in case he might want to return them.
(seen him around Covent Garden as well, probably work in a shoes shop).
