  • Hi im looking for 66-68 cm frame some one have something that huge :P
    Thx

  • I can nick the farmer's five bar gate up the road if that would help? Its about that size..........

I'm thinking you may be overstating your case and actually would need something a bit smaller- could be wrong of course but.....

you'd get something smaller and have an amount of seat post and stem poking out, possibly more than you're used/execting to- seat post isn't a prob for length or strength, and you can use eg a quill adaptor with a flipped ahead stem to get the height at the front, or a quill MTB stem. There's also the fork column extender clamp on jobby which would raise the front too.

    Good luck!

  • thx but i had 3 years ago build frame for me and it was 67cm and it was lovely
but guess what .... yes was stolen : ( and now i don't have money to do it again , thats why i like to stick to same size .

  • Christ on a bendy bus, how tall are you?

  • That's what I was thinking!!!
My mate is 6'7" and rides a 61cm......

  • Was a bike about that size on ebay recently, check completed listings to see if it sold.

  • im 6.3 you reckon 62 will be good ? hmmm

  • I'm 6"3 too and ride a 58cm, feels much better than the 60cm I was on before

  • Was a bike about that size on ebay recently, check completed listings to see if it sold.

It didn't sell on ebay, but ended up in my possesion :)

  • i'm 6"3 as well, one of my bikes is 58cm the other is 60cm, both fit me well. I'm not shore why you would want a 68cm frame unless you torso's about 10cm and the rest of you is all leg.

  • If we're talking frame sizes, i take circa 66cm standard and 62cm compact.

  • well you one long legged larry then, i think i remember seeing that frame you bought it was that humongous one (red?) how you getting on with it?

  • It's quite nice actually. Wouldn't want the standover any closer though.

if you sell the wheels and crank the frame isnot that expensive anymore

  • Must mean 65cm. Very nice...

    Thx

  • c-c yes.

hi can you send me some pic and what is the price alienndc@interia.pl

  • I really don't understand how you could need a frame so big, I'm 6'6" and have no problems at all on a 61cm BMC road bike, and a 62cm c-t Surly Cross-check. I often wonder how some of the people on here size up their frames, must be no seatpost and short stems, or there are some really long legged short torsoed riders out there.
