If you're going to do a stent repair that high up you're inevitably going to ruin the paint on the seat tube too-it's too close to the lug. far better just repair the whole stay. Or get a refund to cover a similar frame-looks to be a fairly basic reynolds (nice paint tho!) so shouldn't be too hard?
