OK folks the new guy lost his job and isn't moving in.
WE've taken on the contract so are looking to sublet to someone.
£485 a month all in.
No deposit, one months notice.
You'll need to be working as you wont get housing benefit as it's a sublet.
We need somenone as quickly as possible.
