Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I have the Rapha one.

Never want to buy them, but the missus brought it for me as a present.

Loved it, really comfortable, still held strong after thousand of miles, surprisingly warm and great with ergoshifter.

Why's that got the Puma logo on it? Is it some kind of collaboration?
