O rly? That's funny, because when I were a lad there were no entry level track components, and no cheap Chinese made OTP bikes. If the "fixie" "culture" has done anything, it has brought the economies of scale and low-wage manufacture which we were used to from the MTB boom to fixed wheel bikes.
