pretty sure they are for 700 rims and will be fine for tyres up to 28mm wide. The thing to check is that given these are fixed at the brake bolts, will your brake arms clash with the mudguards: the outer dimensions in section are 40mm wide x 15mm high, the fixing hole in the plate is 10-20mm above...
