boda you'll be fine with 23mm and if you get your ratio /chain length right you can even fit 25mm / randonneurs believe it or not. I'm mean the clearances are so close you weep in sheer awe but it's doable.
meanwhile if you want some slim tyres I do have some NOS 20mm.. pm me if you're interested.
