Really?! Thanks. I was expecting some cheeky "I'll give you a quid for it" type comments. But if I'm going to sell it I'd want to make sure I get a fair price. Any further thoughts comments appreciated.

Tips:

Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----

To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
