How friking expensive is it to get car insurance these days!
Holy shit!
I just tried to get a quote on the exact same car i had 5 years ago.
5 years ago it cost me £300 to insure it with zero no claims.
Now out of all the quotes I've gotten, the best is £990!
And that's with 5 years of no claims!!!!!
I wouldn't really bother getting another car as i use the bike all the time, but my no claims runs out in Nov, and then it evaporates into the insurance ether. Never to be seen again. So I could do with getting one just to keep the no claims, and for the occasional time i need to use one.
