Definitely. The lurgy that's been going round is quite nasty, I had it for a few weeks. Girl at work got infected sinuses and the doc gave her penicillin which seems to have sorted it out.
General Lucifer, you want post viral fatigue. I had it once over Christmas and New Year and my usual lazyness was entirely justified, as well as between Christmas and New Year off without using any holiday =)
Just get really really run down then pick up a nasty bug, that'll do it.
