Straight from work to the pub causes her to be a bit like that. That, and I think a history of serotonin abuse. She's worse than me for speaking too quickly and incoherently.

Even at 6pm on a Tuesday, I still can't understand a word she is saying!... Its just hard having a 'converstaion' witH her and I mean, actually talking with her, rather than she just waffling on...and then walking away!!...She is nice, but hard work...
