Obviously you can't make a sweeping generalisation about anything, including men being stronger than women, but it's certainly true in some aspects. I'm not too proud to ask a man to undo something for me and don't consider myself a weak female.
Lets just call it Mechanical Tips then and take it out of the women's section perhaps as some of the above is useful if not gender specific.
