Cheapest C-spanner if you end up needing one usually comes as part of a cheap puncture repair kit in the form of a pressed-steel multi-tool. Often a pound shop special!

what model of bottom bracket is it? depend on the interface, you will need one of several bb tool types or a lockring spanner,
