New cycle path in Clapham Common

Hi,
Does anyone else think the new cycle path in Clapham Common feels kind of spongy to ride on - like that stuff they put in childrens playgrounds?

I was wondering why they would do that and can only think it's so it doesn't hurt as much if you fall off after hitting one of those pesky dogs that crosses the path without looking first...

No I haven't noticed. Are you talking about the one that goes to Cedars Road? The speed bumps are annoying though but the path seems wider than before.

Yes that's the one. The first time I went on it I stopped to check I didn't have a slow puncture - now it always seems that way.
I agree about the speed bumps being annoying.

They were checking the speed of cyclists on Clapham Common this morning.
People have complained that cyclists go too fast. Which is true, specially when there is a lot going on.
