youav glad you now agree on the 1st and 2nd time being free. makes sense

also i have been past powerhaus on saturday, sunday and monday night around half 8ish and the lights have been on and the gate locked, if the guy is charging us for lights looks like there on every night!?!

I'll check on this with PH in the morning... sounds odd to me.
