Simple job in theory, so long as all the bolts etc come undone. No need to move calipers, and don't squeeze the lever while the wheel's out! Should all be done and dusted in 1/2 hour tops. Make sure you torque up the disc bolts.
While UR at it, give the calipers a good clean out, job done.
Oh, and make sure you secure the bike while the wheel's out so it doesn't fall over! You may laugh, but I've seen it done - hammer out the spindle, and...crash!
