If you care about your frame, cold set it. It's easy to do and if you aren't sure about it then pop in and ask Ryan to do it and check it on his flat table.

If you just tighten it down as suggested above, the frame won't immediately snap/break/fail but you are putting the chainstay and dropout under tension that they're not designed to deal with. Not good long-term.
