I'm so confused I just had to go out to the car park to measure my rear end to make sure I wasn't losing my mind...
I took the rear wheel out of my 120 spaced Steamroller and slotted it directly into my 120 spaced Pompino about six months ago. There was no wrestling involved.

Yours is 120 mine is 130. Not comparable.
