Cable runs and QR skewers are the main ones. Saddle choice and bar angle/bend selection are too personal to be classed as an issue, and the unpleasant tape colour has been led by the saddle choice. It should really have an original Turbo or Concor, with tape to match, black or white. Hoods and toestraps to match, natch. To really move it from practical daily driver to period correct entry level race bike, it should also have Victory hubs laced to Mavic GP4s with the right era tubulars from Wolber or Clement, but then it would be for hanging on the wall not riding.
