Have to agree that he is out of his depth.
He took the job under the most difficult of circumstances so he should be given at least until Christmas to sort it out. But if we are still in danger of relegation come then, things will obviously have to change.
The new owners will need to protect their assets and look elsewhere. My only fear is that they turn to Martin O'Neill :(
And well done Everton, though it is not hard to beat us at the moment
