  • shaft or belt?

  • My car id for road use only, very low to the ground so no off road!

  • ^And yours is an M3?

  • Ha! Is that the gash ceramic heat sink thingys?

I got a Manta Ray and a smaller non-self build Thunder Dragon (with the trigger control). I lusted after the Avanti: proper ball bearings, carbon chassis mmmmm.

  • I've got a Mardave V12 and do indoor V12 banger racing occasionally, great fun.

  • Me and my bro raced RC cars and had a Schumachers if I recall, I lusted after 2WD racing and a Cat 2000

  • Tamiya RC cars were my dad's present apology for always being in Japan on business when I was younger got a great stash in my parents house. Need to dig them out for my lad, used to love building them.

  • Errrmahgerd - Tamiya to re-issue Egress
    .

I need this in my life.

  • Which fuking one!?

So wish I had not viewed that. Top.

Keep them for my two boys (and me)

  • I had a Tamiya Mini Cooper. Ludicrously fast.

  • Awwwwwwww yisssss!

Just bought my lad a remote control car, cheapish one as he is only just 5, the plan is to build a Tamiya one next, my dad loved building them with me.

    Top work.

  • Sounds good aye.

These all pre brushless of course.

Might stick a 3s brushless in the catamaran, see what it can do.

  • Catamaran looks awesome - I imagine it will take off with a brushless motor...
I've been playing with my Sandscorcher with my daughter and her friends. It's fantastic down the park, you can usually pick up a couple of dogs and have a chasing crew of three year olds and small yappy dogs :)

  • Yeash it used to run a Graupner 700 BB Turbo with 14 Sanyo NiMh in series.

Surface drive Octura prop used to hit about 30mph.

Brushless LiPo should take it to mad skillz.

    Sandscorcher so OG btw.

Was thinking these must be worth something?

  • Mine is significantly less shiny that that :)

  • 'Tis in fukin good nick tho! #Hawt

  • Not so much any more! They don't stay new looking for long so I made sure I got some decent pictures before I ran it :)

  • I raced RC cars briefly and had a Schumacher Procat and Bosscat, ate Tamiyas for brunch

  • It was acceptable in the 90s!

  • Yeah. Think you said up thread.

    Srs business Schumacher.

    Look shit tho. B^)

  • Is this a reissue then?

I see Monster Beetle has been released in 2015...

  • Oh yeah, old thread fever. They were purely functional and totally dominant. Especially when I'm driving! B^)
