Might not be that much of a long shot - I've a pair that I'm considering selling. I'm not sure if they are C-Record or Croce d'Aune, they are 5 pivot with engraved Campag logo on the cover if that helps. They are in pretty good condition although both are marked up the centre line, presumably from spray thrown up by the wheels.
I paid £100 for them so would be looking to get that back.

I think the CDAs had external springs.

and that confirms my thoughts: the group I have on my Alan Carbonio is indeed a full C-record

Appreciate that this is a long shot, but wondering if anyone has some in silver they would part with, C Record or Croce d'Aune? Happy to consider any condition as long as mechanically fine.
Cash or part ex/swop with the attached or other old road stuff (Nuovo Record, Super Record, Superbe Pro).
Anyone?
