Charge Plug with Sturmey Archer hub (by the looks of it.. maybe coaster?), Raceblades, risers with black grips. Leant against the wall outside a shop in Dalston, 7pm-ish. It is wrong to suggest the rider didn't look "right" so I'll leave it at that...
