I would like the smallest, cheapest, steel frame (for 700c wheels) possible. Condition, geometry etc doesn't matter. Just the smaller, the better! Must be steel, with a horizontal top tube though. Lugged or un-lugged will be fine. Don't need the forks either, but if the frame has them attached with a headset/bb: bonus!
It's going to be butchered as a donor frame for a prototype tt bike I'm making, so the cheaper the better (it's kindof a good cause too!).
