Caliper brake need a different amount of cable pull to Vbrakes. The only way to mix and match would be to use a travel agent on the vbrake and a shortpull brake lever.

wicksie, when i said Inner, I mean the plastic lining for nokons, not the load bearing cable. They're separate.

This confuses me because I"m not sure what nokons do. Perhaps it's better I don't know then I won't need it.
Might true my wheel before I look to improve my brake.
It's not working as it is though. Sod readjusting everytime I flip.
