Wanted: 51cm-54cm touring bike

Hi,

I'm looking for a touring bike for a friend, 51-54cm ST, something a little bit light (she's actually mostly using it for commute, just wants tour option). lowest gear has to be spinny enough for brighton hills. either flat bars/moustache or downtube shifters (easy to convert to flats) please. preferably nothing much above £300 unless its reallllly nice.
