My saga with the cnuts at Deal Extreme goes on and on. Summary - battery failed in £60 rechargeable lights after 3 months of little use. Refused to honour warranty. After legal action threat, agreed to supply new battery for $20; paid. No battery ever sent to me. Then tried to fob me of with "store credit note" in respect of the lot; F off with that. Refused to provide address for service of legal documents, ignore correspondence etc etc. Further legal threat today elicited response of "send it back to Hong Kong (at my expense) and will refund/replace". Yeah right, just like the battery eh? All this been going on over some 9 weeks.
Utterly horrid company to deal with, having no integrity whatsoever. Beware.
