Mine has been into Fabric, Claridges, the Houses of Paliment and the Olympic Velodrome amongst some of the places I thought I'd be turned away but walked in without a problem. I'm always disapointed to hear about places refusing them but luckily I truely think they are very much in the minority.

As for football grounds I don't think the'll ever be allowed in unless you're in a box/suite as there is really no where safe you can leave them.

The Gay Hussar in Greek Street didn't bat an eyelid when I turned up with Dahon and sans lock a while ago. Yay them! Unfortunately, recent reviews indicate a rather precipitous decline in the quality of the food :-(
