I had this as kid...
I have the pre-assembled QD version, bought for myself as teenager. Parents would never buy something flash like that.
Its on my shelf right now. I love tamiya artwork, and am currently learning to do similar myself.

I've got a Blackfoot, thinking about putting an old Monsterbeetle shell I have on it but haven't got round to getting the shell mounts.
A couple of my mates got a bit obsessed by the whole RC thing for a while and we ended up building a track in the woods. Its great fun to race around.

I got about 30mph out of it I reckon, but the drive cog is starting to strip. (Thats aluminium sheet on the bottom to protect)
