4600kv I think is roughly what my brushless motor equals too. I have thought about a LiPo battery, I have a NiMh one now. What are the benefits of LiPo batteries?

Nah, I fucked those off straight away and got an ESC. Destroyed three of them, driving them in the rain, like a knob when drunk.

They are so much fun man. I got mine from Gee Dee models, up in Notts, via their mail order. 275 for the kit with a 2.4 ghz radio kit and NimH battery pack and fast charger.
