I after a board to suit some big wide indy's I have. So probably some retro fishtail thing.

Also after some large softish wheels and some robust bearings.

Will be a cruising around board mostly.

I've got an 80's fish board that I can post for £15, pick up £7.50. I think it's a Schmitt Stix. Unfortunately the graphics have been sanded off, it's in good condition though.
If you're interested, I'll take some photographs of it.

And those web belts! My mate gave me a droors one when I was 15, I wore it to school and thought I was well cool.

What's a web belt? Just those army surplus style ones you'd wear with the end hanging down? Had a few of those. I also wore a Droors cap for about 2 years.

Thems the ones, bonus if you had one in a colour that contrasted nicely with whatever colour dickies you happened to be wearing that day. As for hats, I think Ive still got a few old flex-fits hanging around at home

The DC Plug, DC Matrix and I really wanted a pair of the Emerica Chris Senn. Had some nice es Ronnie Creagers too. Most impressive I remember was the Globe Mullen model.

Anyone here good at skating handrails?

I couldnt afford the baggy jeans from skater brands. Had to make do with extremely too big jeans from regular shops.

Had a pair of DC's and wallet chain even in school. Put the shoes on during breaktimes and felt like "the man". Chatted away with the one or two other skate/bmx kids at school about whatever youd seen at 2-3am on the x-games the night before.

Head to town centre skate spot every weekend (outside birmingham library for me) and try and work up courage to ollie the stairs. Eventually get chased away by security guards/police. Head to underground spots, strange car parks and all that shit.

Anyone else hate slow-motion in skate vids? So frustrating. Especially that selective type, slows down for the flip, speeds up again, etc.
