I reckon it depends on what feels comfortable for you, so go try out some trick frames of ur mates and see. I'm only 5ft 8 (174cm tall), and I ride a smallish trick frame, 53cm c-t-c. I think a 64cm frame would be about right for your height if you were talking track sizes (ie pretty much biggest frame you can get), but some people ride trick frames that are much bigger or much smaller than the 'right' size for them. I know a few people smaller than me who ride 57cm trick frames...
