I had a bike stolen last summer and they were very helpful. The bike had been upgraded quite significantly since it was first bought so they did the replacement as a custom build. Just asked me what I had before, got their 'approved agent' to quote for it at current retail value and basically gave me that as discount against a new custom build. The final payout was just over £1700. Much better than the £500 limit most household companies have.
