Bike noise, creak, click, creaks, clicks, clicking, pinging sound - help

   Hello  all, have an intermitent creaking/tick coming from what 'sounds' like  the drive crank. The sound only comes when i'm accelerating so was  wondering if this noise is actually coming from the chain when it's  under the maximum stress? I'm riding a focale 44 relax, drive train is  stock. ta muchly for any help...

check your pedals - unscrew em, give them the full 'last tango in paris' treatment, screw em back in nice and tight and see if makes a diference. worked for me. oh and check your chainring bolts. cheeky fuckers are always coming loose.
