I guess you're right, but in the OP you're implying that it's damage that doesn't structurally effect the frame where as it's part of the frame design....

...in which case you should probably mention the 3 gaping holes in the frame too ;)

Maybe I should charge extra for the 'design feature' dent (and holes)?!
