Good Traders

Been meaning to get round to this for a while now, but I'd just like to give someone a bit of a mention.

When I got car munched the other week my bike got written off so I started the hunt for a new frame. I wrote to someone who sells a lot of very nice bikes on here and asked him if he had any Gazelles in my size.

Got an email back saying yes he'd just bought something that he hadn't seen yet, a champion mondial. I explained that it was a bit soon and that I didn't have any cash, and was just looking. Not to worry he says, why don't we just get it delivered directly to you and if you like it, keep it and pay me when you can. If not, just send it on to me when you're ready.

This kind of unbelievable generosity was totally unexpected, and a total investment of trust. It's what makes this forum the best on the internets.

As it happens the Gazelle was too small for me so I had to send it on, but I'd just like to ask that Tel stands up and takes a bow for being a totally lovely bloke and a very good trader to boot.
