Barely. A rather sedate Wests last night seems to have somehow left me in bits. Must be getting old :S

middleofnowhere waiting at the lights a couple of days ago round Holborn. Trackstanding like a tiger ready to pounce. The pouring rain was dripping down his face and beard. A blank expression, and an icy stare at the road ahead. Nodders keeping a distance behind due to fear, confusion and repect. The lights changed, five powerful strokes out of the blocks, nodders destroyed.
nice work sam - and matt of course

Ok, you can have a job as my publicist (tho I'd be more interested in having my own publican).
Blank expression and an icy stare = still half asleep.

lady trackstanding at the lights on Hipster Highway, on a red (Condor?) frame with rear green rim, wearing some high-waisted Levi hotpants. Hi!
A bit late to reply... my first spot :-) Hello back!

Lovely smile and wave from a lady on Horseguards around 2.30pm - you a green hat, orange (?) frame and bullhorns.... me red condor, white helmet, green shirt (yes I know the colour combo. doesn't really go but there you go.....)

so how the fuck is it your fault if someone follows you through a red light?
i swear your contrariness(?) borders on trolling sometimes.
Don't do it around kids though. This happened to 3 teeny tiny little kids at the crossing from Clapham Common. They were waiting for their mummies at the light when the roadie next to them decided to go through the red. And they followed.... EVERYBODY screamed, froze and screeched as they crossed.

Exactly, kids will often do that because they feel embarrassed waiting at the light while the grown up jumped it as if it's perfectly normal.

A teacher friend of mine said she will never cross the road without using a crossing point because she has to set an example to the kids.
Really, if you think you're Someone Who Know Better (i.e. knows what you are doing) I feel the same applies, TBH. I like winding people up probably as much as DJ seems to (whether intentional on his part or not), but I just don't really want others thinking WAC when they see me (this may be unavoidable :) ) so I try to ride around sensibly.
I still like to travel between home to work as quickly as I can though.
