So if any of you have a run-in with a "Cedar's assist" tow-truck, or in particular with a six foot five Frankenstein-type psycho called Mark (looks a bit like the dude from Men in Black http://www.jimnicholsufo.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/edgar-bug_0001.jpg) then it's no longer my fault and you can blame the company for not providing adequate training...
