If there was a fire on that floor why did someone get the lift up there?
The guy that gets in the lift seems pretty chilled out, he hits the button, looks out the window/in the mirror - I can't quite tell - then hits it again then there's still a wait and the door shuts as the guy on the wheelchair approaches.
I doubt the guy in the lift could see the wheelchair or know that it was heading for the lift when he pressed the button the second time.
It's not like he rushes in and stands pressing the button till the doors shut in the disabled guy's face.
Edit: Just watched it again and it might be a female that goes down in the lift so the bit about police shooting the first man in the lift is probably a mis translation.
