"Anyhow the point was eventually made moot because jonnyrau requested to be banned. Sadly a ban means a ban. Re-registering with another ID also means a ban. So I guess you're banned twice if not three times. Please don't re-register because I'll just ban you again, I'm sure others will PM me if you do."
