Sort-of memes that are cracking you up at the moment

2 things spring to mind.

1. Somebody has taken the time to photoshop the baby's penis out of that picture
   
2. Somebody (else?) has then used this bowdlerised image as the basis of a pedobear gag
   
   

I am not entirely sure what to make of these two facts in combination with each other.
