I'm with Bagheera. A similar thing happened to me with a bus driver, and I flagged down the next bus and asked for the depot's phone number. The guy at the depot said that TFL had no time for people who behaved like that and was quite open to the suggestion that I should phone the police. In the end I didn't; didn't feel like great karma, and he'd hate cyclists even more if he lost his job. Several of the driver's colleagues knew (and disapproved) of his behaviour by this point.
I think the suggestion of alerting the guy's management to relevant courses is a cracker.
