I saw this, after being warned by JAMIE this morning as I met him at St Pauls.
It looked to be at a pinch point, where 2 lanes go into one - the other one turning off towards Mansion house - its a sketchy bit of road. I saw the guy sitting on the ground being attended to by paramedics, the car involved was a blue sticker of death cab, however I can't comment on the cause.
