Just passed a rider down on the eastbound lane of Cannon St just before Mansion House

• looked to be alive
  
• was on the ground being looked at by 3 medics/police
  
• it looked like they were wearing chinos and a white casual shirt
  
• was riding some sort of upright town bike (which was a bit mangled)
  
  

I didn't stop so that was much as I was able to determine.
