Afraid I have no idea about warranty - I lost all the papers etc when I moved house. Was bought about 18 months ago and Sony warranty's are normally a year so doubtful. Literally been used 3-4 times, just an impulse purchase for a one-off job — was almost immediately replaced with a DSLR that shoots video.
