29er rims are'nt as easy to find in the UK as the US. But there are a few small web shops if you look around. Halo are pretty easy to source at least. I've bought wheel parts from germany on several occasions, as I'm a fussy bastard.
This shop has a great range from weight weenie carbon by AX Lightness, to the fantastic and fat Salsa Gordo.
