  • Hey!

I'm looking for some bmx cranks to instal in my fixed gear. I want them short about 160mm of 165mm at the most. It has to have a 48 spline so it can me compatible with a profile or tree splined sprocket.

If anyone is selling one with a sprocket already it saves me time!

    thanks in advanced

If this is considered as Spam just delete it. But since this is more trick specific and I'm really needing a set I wanted people to see it.

  • depends what your budget is but 14 just got a whole load of profiles in...

  • yeah :s that's way off budget. If possible I wanted to spend less than 200 pounds in Cranks euro BB and Splined Sprocket

  • dreamin!

  • am I? today I went to tokyo fixed gear and they have demolition 165mm cranks with 48 spline 19mm spindle for 120 pounds
plus a euro BB 20 pounds
plus a profile splined sprocket 70 pounds

its 210 pounds for a brand new crankset and Bottom bracket so I figure that a new one should be less than 200 pounds... or am I that naive?

  • if you are happy with demolition then fine. i miss understood and thought you wanted profile cranks. if possible go to the bigger outboard bearing euro bb.

  • What about gusset pigmy cranks? They have 48 splines i think... cheap as well.

yeah i know, i was about to get that ones but I don't know were to find them in London... I have only been living here for a week.

Today I rode for a few kms pedaling with only a foot.... My cranks are just messed up :s

  • just order them online, remember that you need to order spindle/BB as well. You fitted a BB before? pretty straightforward, you just need the right tools.

i called ison distribution about these, they're being re-designed apparently, due to be re-released in 3 months....

i got a tree sprocket with profile no bosses, spindle and bb from albe's bmx in the states for just over 200, and that includes p+p, id give them a go....
