If it fits, you want one and you can afford it, yes.
Thread closed.
EDIT: Just to be clear that ^ is all serious.
£150 is always a fair price for a decent steel frame in VGC. It would cost you allot more to buy a new one. With a bit of luck you could probably pick up one allot cheaper...but then you'd have to wait for one to come up.
So, like I said before; if its the right size, you want it, and £150 isn't more than you can pay, then buy it. I wasn't being a dick - just giving you an anwser... and the one you were after surely?

TBH I don't think this actualy warrents a lengthy discussion - hence my first brief ans. Also I think my answer actually went to the heart of the matter pretty quickly.
A new one is £440.
I have seen complete ones go for under £150, but badly listed and not in VGC.
Reconditioned implies that its now just like new. I'd say that it's 'worth' on ebay or similar £90-250 depending on the day.
So if the OP actually wants a gallaxy, and it fits then it is a good deal. If it's just to sell on then I wouldn't, bc I doubt you're going to be turning much of a profit and I think there's a risk it might not sell again for £150.
Right now, winter is on its way, tourers, big tyres, crossbikes etc. seem to be 'in' so I think it might sell for more. But things change. Look at how hard it's suddenly become to sell all those overpriced track frames and parts.
Which all basically brings me back to my first one-line reply.

Actually my folks have a coal celler that I've used as a kinda workshop, so I always hid stuff there.
Thankfully the girl I'm now seeing is in another country and we're not far enough along for her to feel comfortable enough to crush my dreams (yet) ;)
